Project
. The Sudara condominium is rising 500 metres from Bang Tao beach in the Cherng Talay stretch of Phuket's west coast, on a 22-rai plot. Its 156 residences, from 52 to 124 square metres with one to three bedrooms, are due for handover in the second quarter of 2027. They are sold freehold in the foreign quota, with prices starting at 11.56 million baht. Princess Villa is developing the project with Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong Group. The Andara Resort & Villas team will manage the complex and run its rental programme. Three seven-storey buildings with underground parking provide almost one parking space per residence. The grounds will hold a pool, gym, yoga terrace, kids' club, cafe and concierge. Units are handed over furnished with equipped kitchens. Beach clubs Catch and Nomad sit by the water a short walk from the gate, and the Villa Market and Lotus's supermarkets are close by, along with the Laguna golf course. Phuket airport is 13 kilometres up the road. Deposits run to 75% of the price before handover, with the final payment due at transfer.
