The down payment is 35%, followed by staged payments during construction and a final payment at handover in Q4 2027. The maintenance fee is 50 THB per sqm per month, with a sinking fund of 500 THB per sqm. Phuket international airport is 8.4 km away. A 7-Eleven sits by the project, and Project Artisan and Trisara restaurants plus the Laguna golf course are a few minutes' drive. There is no public transport along the road, so residents get around by scooter or car.
