Set among premium villas in Bang Tao, Phuket, Sunti Villas is a gated development of fifteen single-storey houses, each with a private pool. The project won the Best Premium Villa Development in Southeast Asia award at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards. Spanish studio Plus Render designed the architecture, and Thai contractor Boon Pakorn is building it. The nearest beach, Bang Tao, is 4.4 km away. Layan Beach is six km, and the airport is 12 km. A local supermarket is a nine-minute walk. There is no public transport nearby, so a car or taxi is the usual way to get around. A golf course, clinic, kindergarten and spa are within roughly three kilometres.
