. In the Surin district of northern Phuket, a seven-storey condominium is being built 600 metres from the sea. Surin Top Condominium holds 34 units, all of them two- and three-bedroom apartments from 89 to 133 sq m. Eighteen of the units will have sea views. Surin Beach is a ten-minute walk away, and the Carpe Diem beach club is closer still. Prices start at 14.71 million THB, and handover is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. The apartments are sold freehold under the foreign quota, with leasehold also on offer. Half the price is due before completion, and the rest is paid at handover and transfer. Planned facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a cafe and a lobby, plus covered parking for residents. The apartments will be handed over furnished. The monthly maintenance fee is 100 THB per square metre, and the one-off sinking fund payment is 600 THB per square metre. For everyday shopping it is a short drive to Lotus's Go Fresh or Tops at Porto de Phuket. The Bangtao Muay Thai gym is close by, Laguna golf course is a few minutes away, and Phuket airport is around half an hour by car.
