. Tesoro Valley is being built on a hillside in Bang Makham, on the northwest coast of Koh Samui, as a gated community of nine villas. The houses sit above the shore, each with open sea and sunset views. Every villa has its own pool, tropical garden and parking, with round-the-clock security. The developer is Scene Samui Development. Two villa types are available: two-bedroom villas of 244 m² and four-bedroom villas of 414 m². Prices start at 15.5 million THB and reach 28 million for the largest units. Construction is in progress, handover is expected in late 2027, and payments follow the building stages - part is due at signing, the rest as work progresses. The beach is 400 metres away, and Nathon, with its port and shops, is three kilometres from the project. Freehold is available for Thai nationals. Foreign buyers acquire the villas through a structured ownership arrangement.
