. In Karon, Phuket, developer The Beach Group is building the 68-unit condominium The Balance by the Beach 500 metres from the sea. Kata Beach is an eight-minute walk away, and two supermarkets are close by. Common areas include a Japanese onsen, a gym, a coworking space with a library and a barbecue zone. A pet garden is set aside for residents, and the building is pet-friendly. One- and two-bedroom units range from 38 to 76 sq m. Home automation support is planned for every apartment. Prices start at 5.38 million THB, with freehold ownership available in the foreign quota. A booking fee of 200,000 THB holds a unit, then a 30% first installment is due and the rest is spread across the construction stages. The monthly maintenance fee is 60 THB per square metre. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
