. Six villas at The Laytin Villa are under construction in Bang Tao, northern Phuket, inside the gated Maan Tawan estate. The houses range from 471 to 1,325 sq m with three, four or six bedrooms. Each villa will feature a private pool, two storeys, a rooftop terrace and furnished interiors. The plots are arranged so that each home retains its privacy. The sea is 1 km away, and Bang Tao beach is a few minutes' drive. Phuket International Airport is 13 km from the estate. Supermarkets are a five-to-ten-minute walk, with restaurants, beach clubs and Laguna Golf close by. Prices start at THB 47.5 million. 90% of the price is due before handover. Freehold ownership is available to Thai nationals. The project is being built by Karndee Pattana Co. The service charge is THB 80 per sq m per month, with a one-off sinking fund of THB 800 per sq m. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
