. On the southern edge of Phuket, in the quiet residential district of Nai Harn, the resort condominium The ONE Naiharn is now complete. The 198-residence building is managed by the hotel group Burasari, which provides the concierge, housekeeping and rental management. Nai Harn Beach is about a kilometre away on foot, with a Super Cheap supermarket 900 metres from the entrance. Apartments from 27 to 69 sqm are sold furnished, with European kitchens, panoramic windows and balconies. Prices start at 4 million THB, and freehold ownership is available in the foreign quota. The roof holds a pool, a restaurant and a bar. Inside there are a spa, a sauna and a private cinema. Rental yield in the project is 5.8% a year. The service charge comes to 60 THB per sqm per month, with a sinking fund of 800 THB per sqm.
