. On the Panwa peninsula at the southern tip of Phuket, in the Rawai area, The Sky Series Sri Panwa Phuket is planned as a collection of five-bedroom villas. Each villa will have an area of 1,323 sq m and will be 100 metres from the sea. Sales have not yet opened. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. The developer behind the project is Charn Issara Development, a Thai company that has worked in the country's property market for many years and completed projects across several segments. Panwa is a quiet peninsula with good transport links and views of the Andaman Sea, away from the busier tourist districts. The starting price is THB 250 million. Ownership is freehold for Thai nationals.
