. In Surin, one of Phuket's most prestigious west-coast districts, the premium condominium Biancana Surin is under construction: four five-storey towers with 142 residences. The developer is Rhom Bho Property, the company behind The Title brand, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Surin beach is a 300-metre walk from the site. Prices start at 5.74 million THB, and units run from 31 to 131 square metres, covering one-bedroom apartments up to three-bedroom penthouses. A booking deposit of 100,000 THB holds the unit, after which payment is made in four equal stages of 25 percent - the first at contract signing, two more during construction, the last at handover. Completion is set for 2028. Ownership is freehold within the foreign quota, and the project is pet-friendly. A Lotus's minimart is a short walk from the building, and the beach clubs Carpe Diem and Cafe Del Mar are a few minutes' drive away.
