. Coralina Kamala is under construction in Kamala on Phuket's west coast, 600 metres from the beach. The condominium, developed by Phuket-based Rhom Bho Property, will hold 481 residences in low-rise buildings. Layouts range from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom units, 30-128 m², and prices start at 5.24 million THB. On-site there will be a water park, an infinity pool, a spa and a children's playground, plus a co-working space and a cafe. Big C supermarket and several highly rated restaurants are nearby, and Patong's nightlife is a few minutes' drive from the complex. Residences are sold freehold under the foreign quota. The maintenance fee is 85 THB per square metre per month, plus a sinking fund of 850 THB per square metre. Expected rental yield is 8%, and completion is scheduled for 2027.
