. In Cherng Talay, on the north side of Phuket, 25 villas of Villa Kirara are being built 230 metres from an elephant nature reserve. The nearest beach, Bang Tao, is 4.2 km away. Every home has a private pool and three or four bedrooms. Living areas run from 295 to 660 m² and plots from 269 to 1207 m². The lineup goes from the compact Aura and Selene to the roomier Lyra and Xenia. Prices start at 29.02 million THB. The payment plan spreads the cost across the build, with 85% due before handover and the balance on transfer. Tops Food Hall and the Porto de Phuket mall are a short drive away, alongside the Laguna golf course and the Kajonkiet international school. There is no public transport nearby, so a car or taxi is the way around. The maintenance fee is 85 THB per square metre a month. A clubhouse and security are planned on site. The developer, Rhom Bho Property, is based in Phuket. Completion is set for 2027, and ownership is freehold for Thai citizens.
