. In Choeng Thale, in northern Phuket, The Zero Bang Tao is being built with 27 residences. The condo will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 36 to 98 sq m. Prices start at THB 5.35 million, and units are available on a freehold basis in the foreign quota. The developer is The Zero. The sea is about 1.5 km away. A Lotus's supermarket is close by, as are the Tops Food Hall at Porto De Phuket, an Italian and a French restaurant. Phuket Airport is 13 km from the site. There is no public transport in the area, so getting around involves a scooter or a car. The project will include a swimming pool, a gym, a spa with sauna and steam room, a restaurant and a co-working space. There will also be EV charging stations, a garden and a kids' area. Service charge is THB 80 per sq m per month. The sinking fund is THB 800 per sq m. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027.
