The beach is part of Sirinat National Park, keeping the shoreline free of hotel blocks; around are pines and quiet. Phuket airport is 1.8 km away. The building will contain 113 residences, from studios to two-bedroom layouts, with floor areas from 30 to 67 m². Facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a lobby and parking. The gated area has security and CCTV. A minimart and a Lotus's go fresh supermarket are within walking distance, and a clinic is nearby. There is no active nightlife: just a couple of cafes and a beach club. Freehold titles are available in the foreign quota. Starting price is THB 4.79 million, with an expected rental yield of 8%. Construction began in June 2026; completion is scheduled for 2028.
