. Eight villas are on sale in the current phase of Tri Vananda, a wellness community in the Layan area of Phuket. The project sits on a 600-rai estate of forest and lakes. Development is led by Montara Hospitality Group, the operator behind Trisara, together with Clinique La Prairie. A medical health resort by Clinique La Prairie, focused on integrative and preventive medicine, is due to open here in 2026. The villas range from 325 to 780 m² with two, three or four bedrooms and are handed over fully furnished. Owners can enrol a villa in a branded rental management programme. Tenure is freehold for Thai nationals. A VANA 4 show villa has already been completed and can be viewed by appointment. Prices start from 60.89 million THB, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The grounds will include a pool, the Jampa restaurant, a bar and a gym. The sea is 3.3 km away, and Layan and Bang Tao beaches are reached by car. Shopping also means a drive, with the nearest stores a couple of kilometres from the gate, and Phuket International Airport is 7.3 km away.
