. The seven-storey Utopia Urban Glam condominium is under construction in the Rawai district in the south of Phuket. All 46 residences are two-bedroom apartments of 59-60 sqm, priced from 7.53 million THB, with freehold titles available in the foreign quota. The developer is Utopia Corporation. The building stands about 800 metres from the sea, between Nai Harn and Rawai beaches, each about a fifteen-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with no beach clubs nearby. A Super Cheap supermarket and well-rated restaurants are close by. There is no public transport in the district. Residents get around by motorbike or car. The grounds will hold a swimming pool, a kids' pool, a gym and a restaurant. The maintenance fee is 50 THB per sqm per month, and the expected rental yield is 5.3%. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
