. Sales have opened for Villa Escape Residence by Burasari, a seven-villa development in the Koh Kaew district on Phuket. Villas come with four or five bedrooms and floor areas from 1183 to 1245 square metres. The developer is Burasari Group Company Limited. The project is at the pre-development stage. Construction has not started. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2028. Prices range from THB 260 million to THB 280 million. Ownership is freehold for Thai nationals. The payment schedule runs until completion: an initial payment of 35%, followed by instalments. All seven villas are offered for sale.
