. VIP Space Odyssey (Phase 1) is a condominium in Rawai, in the south of Phuket, set between Rawai and Nai Harn beaches, 700 m from the sea. Sales are open at an early stage, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments from 29 to 69 m² start at THB 4.41 million. Units are sold as freehold within the foreign quota, and the developer is VIP Property Development Thailand. The complex counts 290 residences, 24 of them facing the sea, with a pool, a kids' zone and a gym planned on site. The contract payment is split into four instalments. The maintenance fee is THB 60 per sq m per month, with a sinking fund of THB 400 per sq m. Rawai is a settled residential area popular with expats. A minimart, the Super Cheap supermarket, well-rated restaurants and a spa sit within about a kilometre and a half, and the Promthep Cape viewpoint is a couple of kilometres away. Songthaew stops are far from the neighbourhood, so a scooter or a car makes longer trips easier.
