. VIP Space Odyssey Phase 2 brings twelve two-storey villas to Rawai, a calm residential district in the south of Phuket. Each two-bedroom home covers 120 m², and sales are open at an early stage while the project is still in planning. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029. Rawai is a quiet district where expats settle. The sea is about 700 m away, with Nai Harn beach just over a kilometre from the project and Rawai beach a little further. Within a couple of kilometres there are well-rated restaurants and everyday shops. The starting price is 21 million THB, and the villas are offered as freehold for Thai nationals. Payments are spread across the construction period: 90% of the price falls due before handover, with the final 10% on transfer. The service charge is 60 THB per square metre per month. The development is being built by the Thai developer VIP Property Development Thailand. The grounds will include a lobby, a cafe and a communal pool.
