. An eight-storey condominium, VIP Venus Karon, is under construction on Patak Road in Karon, on the island of Phuket, 900 metres from the beach. Parking will occupy the ground floor, with living and common areas above. All 214 residences are studios and one-bedrooms from 24 to 30 m², priced from THB 4.29 million with freehold titles available in the foreign quota. The project is run by the joint venture VIP J.D. Group, which brings together developer VIP Property Development Thailand and J.D. Pools, a Phuket-based pool manufacturer. The grounds will have a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge and a garden. Karon has a wide sandy beach south of Patong, and Kata is a short drive away. Super Cheap supermarket and a 7-Eleven are within a short walk, and the nearest highly rated restaurant, Turkish Pasha, is close by. Ninety percent of the price is paid before completion in three equal instalments, with the balance due at handover. The common-area fee is 60 THB per m² per month and the sinking fund is 400 THB per m². Construction is under way, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
