Phuket International Airport is 5.2 km away, which puts the project among the closest residential areas to the airport. Villas are sold freehold, while the land is held on a long-term lease of 30+30+30 years. The project has round-the-clock security, an on-site management office and rental management programmes. Prices start from 38.7 million THB, and the maintenance fee is 50 THB per m² per month. Payments are spread across construction stages, with handover in the first quarter of 2028.
