Wallaya Hill is under construction in the hills behind Kamala on Phuket's west coast, a gated community of just eight villas by Wallaya Villas, set back from the main road. Each house has four bedrooms and 548 m² of living space, with its own pool. The villas are two storeys. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the terrace and pool, with a guest bedroom. Upstairs, two master suites have en-suite bathrooms and balconies, facing the pool and garden. The beach is 1.8 km from the villas, about five minutes by car. Big C and Villa Market supermarkets are close by, and Kamala has highly rated restaurants. Prices start at THB 36.43 million. The first 30% is due on signing, with the rest paid through construction and the final 10% at handover. Villas are freehold for Thai nationals, and leasehold is available to foreign buyers. The service charge is THB 25 per sqm per month and the one-off sinking fund THB 500 per sqm. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2026.
