. Wilawan Luna Vista is a gated estate of 19 villas in Layan, in the quiet north of Phuket, about 5.7 km from the airport. Each two-storey villa has three or four bedrooms and 501-613 sq.m of space, its own pool with jacuzzi, a garden and a rooftop garden. EV charging is included, solar panels and a home automation system are available on request. The plots look out over the hills. The estate covers 11.5 rai, with round-the-clock security and management run by the developer, Wilawan Greenplace Co., Ltd. Prices start at THB 29.9 million. Foreign buyers take leasehold titles, Thai nationals can buy freehold. About a third of the price is due at reservation and contract signing, the rest follows construction progress, and the final 10% is paid at transfer. Handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027. The sea is 4.5 km away. Layan and Nai Thon beaches are a short drive, Blue Canyon golf course is closer. A small mall stands at the gate, a supermarket and a café within a couple of kilometres. The airport is close for frequent trips, and the area stays quiet in the evening.
