Three- and four-bedroom villas are sold fully furnished, and five-bedroom villas can be bought with a furniture package. Prices start at THB 96.8 million, paid in equal instalments with the last one at handover. Phuket airport is 10 km away. Two villas remain on sale. Banyan Group Residences is the developer, with handover scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
