Expected rental yield is 6.2% per annum. Layan is away from the busy tourist areas. Layan and Bang Tao beaches are a short drive away. Sirinat National Park and the airport are close by. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a few cafés are within a couple of kilometers. There is no public transport in the area, so a car is essential.
